RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All of our products are made to order, which means each piece is created especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or other personal preferences. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.
🚫 NO RETURNS ON MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Under UK and EU consumer law, made-to-order or customised products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If so, then please reach out to us on contact@carbonarc.store and we'll make it right!
✅ FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@carbonarc.store with:
- Your order number,
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS PROCESS
If a return is approved for a faulty item, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
